    Circe Skincare ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Circe Skincare does not ship to international addresses.

    Circe Skincare uses UPS for all shipments within the U.S and USPS for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

    Free Shipping

    We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all US orders $50 or more (excluding taxes). Free Shipping is only available for orders shipped in the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.

    Order Status

    We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will not be processed until the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

    Standard Ground Shipping

    Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.

    • Most Standard Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
    • Orders destined for P.O. boxes are delivered within 3-10 business days.
    • Orders destined for APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 days of the order’s ship dates.
    • Please note that the Free Shipping on Orders does not apply to shipping to APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

    2nd Day Service

    2nd Day orders placed by 2:00 PM CT will be processed and shipped the same day. 2nd day orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will be processed and shipped the next business day.

    • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order’s ship date.
    • Orders destined for P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.

    Overnight Service

    Overnight orders placed by 2:00 PM CT will be processed and shipped the same day. Overnight orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will be processed and shipped the next business day.

    • Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
    • Orders destined for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
    • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight Shipping.
    Returns

    We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return please contact us at [email protected].

    Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product.

    All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s).

    You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Circe Skincare is not responsible for any loss or damage to the return. Please ensure to package the return appropriately to avoid damage to packaging and product.
